Enrollment Requirements
You will need the following items to enroll your student(s). Please have these documents ready.
Proof of Residency
Must bring two of the following:
- Valid lease or rental agreement
- Current utility bill (gas, electric, water, phone, cable)
- Current residential property tax statement or deed
- Third-person affidavit of residency (completed with district)

Guardianship
Legal documentation of guardianship is needed if you are not the biological parent.
Immunizations
Idaho law states upon first admission and prior to attendance in public schools’ valid immunization records must be provided for a student, or documentation of immunization exemption.
